To find the stillness in each moment is that what you search for? 

Search no more, for it is already found deep within, you need only take to time to look, listen, experience the peace of your heart, the love the light which shines from within.  You are unique, a child of the universe, where love, light and energy meet in a physical existence you need only remember, you need only to find the stillness within.  

Its time to re-write what you thought was existence, and believe in the wonders of our world, our universe, our time here on earth.  Look around you with new eyes using all your senses.  See the colours, hear the sounds, smell the earth just reach out and touch the magic of nature.  Close your eyes, see if you can perceive where that sound comes from or what you can smell and when you open them again look, look at how bright the colours really are.  Nature has a magnificent palette of wondrous colours that change with the light from within and without............what are you waiting for?  Find the stillness within.
